Ja używam do tego małego słoika, którym potrząsam, aż do uzyskania jednolitej konsystencji mieszanki. Możesz przygotować sałatkę w jednej dużej misie lub od razu podzielić na mniejsze porcje. Warzywa polej dressingiem, ułóż kawałki makreli, na koniec posyp całość ziarnami siemienia lnianego. Możesz podawać z pieczywem lub grzankami. Smacznego!
